What you will do

  • Design scalable backend systems and architect microservices using PHP, NodeJS, and Python
  • Lead technical design and implement AI-powered automation and intelligent features
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams from ideation to delivery
  • Ensure high performance and scalability to handle millions of shipments monthly
  • Maintain high code quality with thorough testing and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience in web development, backend-heavy or fullstack
  • Strong PHP knowledge (Laravel or similar); NodeJS and Python experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of system design, clean architecture, and engineering trade-offs
  • Experience working in fast-paced, distributed teams with high standards
  • Experience with SaaS products and AI/ML integration or LLMs is highly valued
