Requirements

- 2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
- 5+ years hands-on software development experience with strong coding practices
- Comfortable with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Scala, or Java
- Proven ability to set technical vision, establish engineering processes, and make data-driven decisions
