What you will do

  • Analyze data processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Support project and product management through requirements gathering and workflow tracking.
  • Coordinate discussions between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Develop scripts and services for data processing automation using Python and SQL.
  • Maintain technical documentation, process maps, and business requirements.
  • Assist in the review of technical solutions, data logic, and quality checks.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • English proficiency required for international team collaboration.
  • Must be located near the Krakow office and able to attend the office at least 2 days per week.
  • Experience with data analysis using SQL and Python.
  • Knowledge of ETL concepts and database fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.

Nice to have

  • Coursework in Agile methodologies or project management.
  • Exposure to cloud environments like AWS.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Scripting and automation experience in MS Excel.
