What you will do

  • Prepare and consolidate the company budget while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage monthly forecasting processes and update projections based on actual performance.
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual financial results and communicate findings to various departments.
  • Calculate taxes for multiple jurisdictions and manage intercompany (ICO) contracts.
  • Develop automated solutions for budgeting processes and reporting workflows.
  • Create management reports and financial performance presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an FP&A Specialist or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, or Google Workspace equivalents.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and legal entities.
