What you will do
- Define and lead the technical strategy and architecture for scalable, production-ready data science and AI solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning, statistical, and predictive models.
- Oversee the development of advanced AI solutions, including Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and industry to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Analysts.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- 3+ years in technical leadership or lead role.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and experimentation methodologies, with strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Proven experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
- Leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding diverse teams and developing talent.
