What you will do
- Transform business opportunities into actionable analytical products driving strategic decisions.
- Design innovative analytical solutions and develop robust algorithms for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ML/LLM products from scoping to production rollout.
- Oversee production analytical solutions lifecycle adhering to best practices.
- Lead small DS/ML teams and collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable pipelines.
- Drive experimentation culture, documentation standards, and model reproducibility.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.
- Proven experience delivering impactful data science solutions with a Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks, generative AI, and production ML pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Airflow, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Databricks.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector DBs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
