What you will do
- Run the territory as a franchise by implementing Sales Plans and Partnership strategies.
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop new logo sales pipeline.
- Manage existing accounts and expand the revenue stream by upselling/cross-selling.
- Build strong customer relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate forecast and opportunity management within Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 5-10 years in a hunting sales role in Jakarta, with consistent above-target performance.
- Experience closing complex sales cycles with multiple approval levels.
- Extensive understanding of the Digital Native Segment, Financial Services or Telecom sector.
- Fluent in current technology sales for software and/or cloud.
- Experience in working with local partners in Jakarta – distributors, systems integrators and ISVs.
- Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
