What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for agentic AI features and flows.
  • Build automated regression frameworks to guarantee product reliability as AI models evolve.
  • Validate end-to-end AI-driven workflows across RTL generation and verification loops.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to define validation strategies, quality metrics, and release readiness.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex cross-domain bugs to provide actionable feedback.
  • Validate cloud and on-prem deployments to ensure scalability and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Software Development or QA/Product Validation.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for test development and automation.
  • Technical leadership skills with a focus on software quality best practices.
  • Strong command of English and Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and version control systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization.
  • Knowledge of hardware description languages like SystemVerilog or Verilog.
  • Understanding of verification methodologies such as UVM.
