What you will do
- Manage month-end financial closing processes including project costing and cost allocation.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to support production teams and internal departments.
- Conduct margin simulations and provide analysis for game proposals.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Identify potential risks in revenue recognition and forecasting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and implementation of finance workflows across the group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in pivot tables and spreadsheet modeling.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
