What you will do

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners through performance reviews and strategic planning.
  • Assist partners throughout the sales process, from presenting value propositions to finalizing contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to ensure efficient channel strategies.
  • Work with partners to design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) and marketing plans.
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit new business partners aligned with Lucanet’s strategic growth goals.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor dynamics, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • A university degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner sales, partner relationship management, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrate high motivation with exceptional perseverance, determination, resilience, and tenacity.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to articulate Lucanet’s value proposition and persuade partners to engage with or remain within the partner program.
  • You speak English fluently; knowledge of additional Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance and market opportunities.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement and effectively managing change.
  • Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to work across teams to achieve strategic objectives.
