What you will do

  • Develop backend services primarily using JavaScript and Node.js with TypeScript and NestJS.
  • Design and implement APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Work with Python as a secondary language for backend tasks.
  • Utilize GraphQL and backend testing tools including E2E testing and Postman.
  • Manage infrastructure and deployment using AWS, Serverless, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and log system performance using tools like New Relic and Splunk.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Colombia
  • English: Excellent technical proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
  • Experience with backend development, API design, and event-driven architecture.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure deployment.
