What you will do
- Develop testable, reusable UI components for responsive websites.
- Build websites using a mobile-first strategy while ensuring compliance with SEO and accessibility standards.
- Write unit test cases as part of the development cycle.
- Mitigate performance issues and investigate emerging web technologies.
- Maintain code quality and documentation according to industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with backend, QA, DevOps, and UX/design teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Mauritius
- Hands-on professional experience with React.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript and web fundamentals including SASS.
- Experience with version control (Git) and package managers (NPM).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and mobile-first development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
