What you will do

  • Own the customer experience, including adoption, value, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings to ensure smooth software operation and identify challenges.
  • Drive subscription renewal and expansion processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for expansion opportunities and customer references.
  • Promote awareness of new releases and features, providing insights and analytics for maximum adoption.
  • Serve as the customer advocate, facilitating open discussions and resolving questions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales with a focus on customer support and retention.
  • Experience in the computer software industry, preferably SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with innovative ideas for customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Technically inclined and able to train customers on software changes.
