What you will do

  • Categorize client spend-data into taxonomies and align suppliers.
  • Utilize AI-supported tools for classification, then review and validate results for accuracy.
  • Execute recurring weekly/monthly processes and validate new data.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues in collaboration with teams.
  • Communicate with clients via email and occasionally in meetings.
  • Manage task lists and coordinate with internal stakeholders, aligning with client timelines.

Requirements

  • Interest in data quality/operations (reporting, master data, cleansing, analytics).
  • Motivation to ensure data accuracy and consistency with customers/stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset for independent work, ownership, and asking questions.
  • Strong attention to detail and patience for recurring tasks.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with prioritization ability.
  • Basic SQL or strong willingness to learn.
  • Comfort using and validating AI-supported tools.
  • Ability to learn new tools and adapt to processes/technologies.
  • Clear, professional written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Procurement and/or Finance concepts.
