What you will do

  • Identify and source new strategic partners through inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective partners.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to signed agreements.
  • Track and report recruitment effectiveness with insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to increase awareness of Channel initiatives.
  • Travel to conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto with hybrid work expectations
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience including cold-calling.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, organized, and process-oriented.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or SalesNav.
