What you will do

  • Define, implement, and maintain internal security controls, processes, and monitoring systems.
  • Coordinate security initiatives including audits, penetration tests, and operational resilience exercises.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners regarding due diligence and RFP responses.
  • Oversee the vendor risk management program, including assessments and monitoring of third parties.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and legal teams to ensure security program alignment.
  • Contribute to incident response readiness and maintain up-to-date security documentation and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in information security, financial services, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French or German are considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in vendor risk management, audit coordination, or security assessments.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor.
