Location: Onsite in Kyiv, Ukraine. Candidates must be located in Kyiv or be willing to relocate to Kyiv.

What you will do

  • Collect feedback from end-users and stakeholders, transforming insights into concrete requirements for AI product development.
  • Translate requirements and competitor analysis into an AI development strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain and refine a prioritized backlog of features and user stories.
  • Conduct regular grooming sessions and create Jira issues for development teams.
  • Coordinate development priorities with other Product Management team members and ensure KPI relevance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, staying informed on ethical considerations, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA, engineering, and data science teams to define testing criteria and ensure solution quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
  • 3+ years of practical experience in the AI domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile product development in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Deep familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product backlog management.
  • Experience participating in or managing product/system validation and flight testing processes.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and resilience in high-uncertainty, high-impact environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge between engineering, leadership, and operations.
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2 – Advanced) is required.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of UAV system architecture, including airframe design, propulsion, avionics, and control systems.
