What you will do

  • Own the financial backbone of automation and transformation initiatives, building detailed business cases and ROI models.
  • Quantify value potential using standardized criteria such as payback period and FTE impact.
  • Conduct deep-dive cost structure analysis to identify and validate sustainable optimization opportunities.
  • Define and track value realization KPIs across the full lifecycle of automation deployments.
  • Standardize methodologies and reporting to support the evolution of the enterprise Value Realization Office.
  • Partner with business owners and product teams to translate operational data into actionable financial insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
  • 5–8 years of experience with 3–4 years in value-focused roles like FP&A, Operational Excellence, or Consulting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to architect complex value frameworks and build ROI models.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence through indirect authority.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum).
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with process mapping and value stream analysis.
