  • Draft executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business documents
  • Support senior leaders by managing calls, meetings, events, and special projects

Requirements

  • Must be located in CST or EST time zones within the United States
  • Minimum 8 years experience supporting senior leaders and multiple executives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Concur and virtual collaboration platforms like Zoom and Teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing deadlines
