What you will do

  • Own inbound leads from marketing qualified lead to closed deal, including demos, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Run 3-5 product demos per week tailored to different buyer personas such as HR Director, CHRO, and CIO
  • Manage 15-25 active opportunities with sales cycles of 4-7 months and maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams
  • Develop market intelligence including competitive positioning and segment-specific buying processes

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing B2B SaaS deals with demonstrated metrics
  • Experience running full-cycle sales from demo to signed contract
  • Strong negotiation skills comfortable with six-figure contracts and C-Level buyers
  • Fluent Polish and professional English (C1) required
  • Self-starter mindset to build processes alongside closing deals
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and structured sales methodologies

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to HR, Internal Communication, or IT decision-makers
  • Background in Employee Experience, HR Tech, or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar qualification frameworks
  • Experience with consultative selling of multi-module platforms
  • Track record in both SMB and mid-market deals
