What you will do

  • Drive customer retention and identify upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute account plan strategies to improve performance and customer experience
  • Attend customer onsite visits and host Quarterly Business Reviews to manage key relationships
  • Exceed quarterly renewal and net renewal goals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Operations, and Finance to resolve escalations and operational issues
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management providing tech solutions to large enterprises
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships, including quota ownership and exceeding targets
  • Strong forecasting, analytical, and communication skills with executive presence
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
