  • Lead and grow frog’s Customer Data Strategy practice, including team development, culture, and capability building.
  • Define and deliver data‑driven strategies and business transformations for clients across industries.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to integrate data and AI into design, product, and experience work.
  • Shape, sell, and lead consulting engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Contribute hands‑on to major programs and champion the growth of the Data Practice across North America.
