What you will do

  • Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with bond issuers, serving as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the full lifecycle of bond projects.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of bond-related projects.
  • Drive complex negotiations and manage contractual processes.
  • Identify and originate opportunities for new bond issuances and broader business development.
  • Establish and maintain strong C-level relationships with key decision-makers, structuring and presenting aligned proposals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the bonds market (corporate, government, or structured bonds).
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with C-level relationship development and management.
  • Background in corporate banking, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital.
  • English: Business-level or higher proficiency required.
