What you will do
- Lead a People & Culture team of six, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish employment law, workplace regulations, and internal policies.
- Align people and culture initiatives with business needs and studio objectives.
- Oversee and approve salary processes in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
- Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, including insurance and benefits.
- Participate in management team meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior People & Culture or HR Manager leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of Swedish employment law.
- Proven experience managing and supporting a team.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Must be able to work on-site in Stockholm, Sweden.
