What you will do

  • Lead a People & Culture team of six, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with Swedish employment law, workplace regulations, and internal policies.
  • Align people and culture initiatives with business needs and studio objectives.
  • Oversee and approve salary processes in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, including insurance and benefits.
  • Participate in management team meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior People & Culture or HR Manager leadership role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Swedish employment law.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting a team.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Stockholm, Sweden.
