What you will do
- Lead design and evolution of a high-performance frontend architecture for massive real-time geospatial and time-series data visualization.
- Define best practices for state management, testing, and component-driven development across the organization.
- Architect agentic workflows and ML-powered interfaces for proactive decision support in energy planning.
- Collaborate with AI Research and Power Systems teams to translate complex algorithmic outputs into actionable user experiences.
- Influence multi-year product roadmap by identifying technical risks and opportunities.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of frontend or fullstack engineering experience with leadership in complex, large-scale platforms.
- Proven experience building enterprise applications leveraging Large Language Models, agentic frameworks, or predictive ML models.
- Deep understanding of next-generation interaction patterns including intent-based and generative user interfaces.
- Mastery of TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Ability to architect systems integrating AI suggestions with human expertise for clarity and safety in high-stakes environments.
- Location requirement: Based in or able to work from the United States, specifically Mountain View, CA.
