What you will do

  • Take ownership of the analytical infrastructure or your product.
  • Be responsible for the product's performance and key metrics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring key decisions are based on deep research.
  • Design and scale operational processes, CJM, and conversion funnels to improve both customer experience and business efficiency.
  • Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize rules, and enhance model performance across various domains.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of analysts, establishing effective sprint planning and team processes.

Requirements

  • A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.).
  • Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking.
  • Advanced SQL skills are a must; Python or R is a significant plus for complex research.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks.
  • Experience in building processes and scaling them in fast-paced environments.
  • English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community.
