What you will do

  • Improve sales team productivity through process and modern GTM tooling
  • Serve as the go-to resource for pipeline, territory assignments, quota tracking, and operational questions
  • Execute pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and performance reporting ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain core GTM dashboards covering pipeline coverage, conversion rates, attainment, and activity metrics
  • Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate cross-functionally to implement fixes
  • Coordinate GTM projects such as comp plan rollouts, territory updates, and tool changes

Requirements

  • Location: Washington, D.C., United States
  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations with CRM management (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with high standards for data accuracy and process consistency
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data and operational context
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and close tasks independently in fast-paced environments
