What you will do
- Own the revenue marketing system across Growth Marketing and SDRs, partnering closely with Partnerships and Brand Marketing teams.
- Drive deal progression and ensure growth outcomes are predictable, explainable, and scalable.
- Manage the revenue marketing budget including planning, tracking, forecasting, and ROI across channels and initiatives.
- Act as the primary revenue marketing counterpart to Finance and represent growth performance to executive stakeholders.
- Lead and develop managers and senior individual contributors across Revenue Marketing and SDRs.
- Align closely with the CMO and other commercial leaders to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- Location: London Area, United Kingdom with hybrid work format.
- 7+ years leading Revenue Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand roles in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven ownership of revenue or pipeline targets and experience leading senior teams and managers.
- Experience with Allbound, ABM, or revenue-led go-to-market models and managing complex budgets.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing up, and partnering with Finance and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in multi-region, multi-currency organizations and working closely with brand and creative teams.
