What you will do

  • Conduct application and access risk assessments and deploy IAM solutions.
  • Contribute to the definition and optimization of joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain IAM controls and automations.
  • Operate and maintain the IAM environment, managing BAU activities like incident resolution and user lifecycle.
  • Manage identity governance elements, certification campaigns, and access workflows.
  • Monitor and manage Privileged Access Management, ensuring secure and compliant handling of credentials.
  • Investigate complex access issues and drive improvements in accordance with Zero Trust security models.

Requirements

  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
  • Proven hands-on experience in IAM operations and engineering.
  • Experience with directory technologies like Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft 365 Identity Governance.
  • Familiarity with cloud identity platforms such as Entra ID, AWS, and Azure.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Java) and API integration (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to effectively work with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, RACF, or Oracle.
  • Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes, and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001.
  • Familiarity with access management services like SSO, PAM, Cloud Access Management.
