What you will do
- Conduct application and access risk assessments and deploy IAM solutions.
- Contribute to the definition and optimization of joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IAM controls and automations.
- Operate and maintain the IAM environment, managing BAU activities like incident resolution and user lifecycle.
- Manage identity governance elements, certification campaigns, and access workflows.
- Monitor and manage Privileged Access Management, ensuring secure and compliant handling of credentials.
- Investigate complex access issues and drive improvements in accordance with Zero Trust security models.
Requirements
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
- Proven hands-on experience in IAM operations and engineering.
- Experience with directory technologies like Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft 365 Identity Governance.
- Familiarity with cloud identity platforms such as Entra ID, AWS, and Azure.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Java) and API integration (REST/SOAP).
- Ability to effectively work with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, RACF, or Oracle.
- Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes, and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with access management services like SSO, PAM, Cloud Access Management.
