What you will do

  • Responsible for signal and power integrity designs for packages, including identifying issues and developing solutions.
  • Work on advanced complex technical projects requiring state-of-the-art technical knowledge.
  • Provide simulation and design verification reports.
  • Participate in architecture design, logic design, and perform full system simulations.
  • Contribute to the development of multi-dimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuit packaging.
  • Analyze equipment, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.

Requirements

  • Expertise in setting up and simulating power integrity and high-speed signal integrity using commercial tools (HFSS, Ansys tools, Cadence simulation tools).
  • Deep understanding of high-speed signal integrity (100 GHz and up).
  • Skilled with use of VNAs, de-embedding test fixtures, and high-speed probing.
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 7+ years of related experience.
  • English: B2 required
  • US work authorization required
