What you will do
- Drive 100% adoption of Hubs across sports customers and expand to other verticals.
- Lead onboarding and training for new sports teams onto Flowcode 2 with world-class demos.
- Monitor customer engagement metrics and intervene to increase adoption and expansion.
- Partner with Product Marketing to create scalable onboarding assets and automate processes.
- Reduce friction and time-to-live for customers going live on the platform.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York City
- 3-5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer activation in high-growth SaaS.
- Experience with enterprise or sports/entertainment clients preferred.
- Strong operational rigor and data-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
