What you will do

  • Design and implement a comprehensive global HR compliance framework covering international, federal, and local labor regulations.
  • Lead global pay equity analysis and ensure accurate submission of statutory reporting obligations like WGEA, UK Pay Gap, and EU Pay Transparency.
  • Oversee immigration strategy, visa sponsorship processes, and work authorization compliance.
  • Manage global mobility programs including international assignments, relocations, and cross-border remote work arrangements.
  • Partner with Legal, Total Rewards, and Payroll to mitigate compliance risks and ensure data integrity in compensation programs.
  • Provide executive-level advisory on global regulatory changes and workforce planning implications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Law (Master’s/JD preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in global HR compliance, pay equity reporting, and immigration/mobility management.
  • Deep understanding of global labor laws, regulatory frameworks, and government contracting requirements.
  • Experience conducting pay equity analyses and navigating pay transparency mandates in a multinational organization.
  • English language proficiency (C1 or higher) is required for executive communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical capability, executive presence, and experience with global HRIS and compensation analytics tools.
