What you will do

  • Develop a holistic overview of WPP Media global investment targets and support advanced trading products.
  • Identify and implement innovative investment solutions and strategies, integrating AI and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with global partners and colleagues across Asia, North America, Europe, and LatAm.
  • Refine ability to develop and nurture strategic relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Proactively develop solution-focused approaches to discuss, align, and resolve challenges.
  • Manage and develop junior team members, fostering their learning and enhancing leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Existing media knowledge and professional experience in the media industry.
  • Strong aptitude for maths and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and maintain a solutions-focused approach in a demanding, global environment.
  • Deep exposure to market intelligence and understanding of global media markets, media channel evolution, and trading metrics.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • An interest in code, VBA/macro writing skills, Alteryx or Tableau.
