What you will do
- Configure and optimize HR workflows, including performance cycles, feedback loops, goal setting, and org structures.
- Act as a product expert in customer implementations and expansions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to relay structured customer feedback.
- Support Customer Success with workflow design recommendations.
- Document best practices and reusable configuration frameworks.
- Contribute to improving onboarding flows and template libraries.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in HR systems, HR Tech, or People Operations.
- Hands-on experience configuring HRIS, ATS, or performance management systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (reviews, compensation cycles, org planning).
- Structured communicator who can translate business needs into system logic.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote environment.
- Fluent English.
