What you will do

  • Develop and implement a marketing events strategy, managing budgets and allocating resources for trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and conferences.
  • Partner with industry experts, associations, and influencers in the HR ecosystem to strengthen Factorial’s presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to develop and launch integrated regional campaigns.
  • Track, measure, and report on regional marketing performance, including pipeline generation and key demand KPIs.

Requirements

  • Native Italian and Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field marketing and/or demand generation, with a proven track record of planning and executing a wide range of B2B events, both online and in person.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to execute regional marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with experience analyzing marketing performance data and making data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
  • Interest in and experience with the B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
