What you will do

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Provide Tier 1-3 help desk support and resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Deploy and maintain antivirus software across servers, laptops, and desktop computers.
  • Support remote users with VPN configuration and ongoing access issues.
  • Monitor and address application and system performance problems in collaboration with developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or university degree.
  • One to two years of professional experience in IT support or systems operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
