What you will do
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Provide Tier 1-3 help desk support and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Deploy and maintain antivirus software across servers, laptops, and desktop computers.
- Support remote users with VPN configuration and ongoing access issues.
- Monitor and address application and system performance problems in collaboration with developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree.
- One to two years of professional experience in IT support or systems operations.
