What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across Germany
- Build and mentor future sales leaders within the company
- Develop and execute business plans to exceed sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with leadership and report to the VP of Sales
- Work across multiple time zones with occasional duties outside standard hours
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany for this remote role
- Minimum 5 years leading Enterprise sales teams with a track record of overachievement
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Proven success selling large deals to Fortune 1000 enterprises
- Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology and complex sales cycles
- Ability to develop pipeline and open new accounts
