What you will do
- Own the full influencer partnership lifecycle, from discovery and negotiation to execution and performance analysis.
- Identify and source influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Negotiate and structure partnership deals, including flat fees, revenue share, and hybrid compensation models.
- Manage budgets and brief creators on campaign goals to ensure high-quality sponsored content.
- Track, report, and optimize campaign performance based on views, downloads, installs, and revenue impact.
- Stay current on platform trends, emerging creators, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management within mobile apps.
- Existing network of influencer contacts or demonstrated ability to build one quickly, ideally in English-speaking countries (US/UK).
- Experience negotiating and closing deals directly with creators and through agencies.
- Solid understanding of rev share models, flat-fee contracts, and hybrid deal structures.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tracking tools such as Adjust and AppsFlyer.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
