Location: Hybrid role with in-office anchor days in London

Salary: $100,000 OTE (San Francisco base, adjusted by location)

What you will do

  • Identify and engage high-potential startup companies for Vercel’s platform
  • Research prospects and tailor outreach to engineering, product, and marketing leaders
  • Generate outbound sales opportunities through personalized outreach
  • Partner with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive adoption in the Startups segment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work in London office on anchor days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday)
  • 1+ years experience in technical, sales, or customer support roles for technical products
  • Passion for web development and familiarity with startup culture
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to have

  • Background in computer science, web development, or related technical field
  • Experience with Vercel, Next.js, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools
  • Previous experience as an SDR or similar sales development role
