What you will do
- Define and own technical standards and web architecture for global platforms.
- Guide development across legacy CMS platforms and modern web frameworks.
- Review code and provide mentorship to senior, mid-level, and junior developers.
- Partner with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and environment reliability.
- Make critical decisions regarding tooling, frameworks, and technical best practices.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and risk assessments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional web development experience.
- Strong proficiency with React and/or Vue.
- Solid background working with Drupal and WordPress.
- Proven track record of leading or mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and ownership mindset.
Nice to have
