What you will do

  • Handle and resolve learner inquiries across various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information to understand and resolve learner issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners and the global support community for complex feedback.
  • Observe user trends and share insights for continuous product and process improvements.
  • Maintain service excellence in line with established quality and efficiency benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support roles.
  • Native-level proficiency in Turkish with excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to operate independently with high accountability.
  • University degree and a strong interest in the EdTech/Language learning industry.
