What you will do

  • Analyze block specifications and select appropriate topologies for analog circuits.
  • Design analog blocks at the transistor level and take ownership of entire analog macros or IPs.
  • Supervise layout activities, provide guidelines, and conduct post-layout verifications.
  • Model blocks and validate models to ensure design accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance existing solutions and participate in meetings.
  • Train and mentor junior designers to build team expertise.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Pavia, Italy.
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years experience, or PhD with 7+ years.
  • Proven experience in independent IC design from architecture to lab characterization.
  • Strong analog design skills, preferably multi-GHz range, and experience with analog custom layout.
  • Familiarity with EDA CAD tools and IC performance measurement and debugging.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
