What you will do
- Monitor Turkish and global OOH market dynamics, industry data, and emerging trends (especially DOOH advancements).
- Develop creative, data-driven OOH media strategies and plans aligned with target audience analysis and campaign objectives.
- Evaluate client briefs and make strategic media selection decisions considering location, demographics, and brand objectives.
- Manage OOH campaign go-live processes, conducting final checks, ensuring quality standards, collaborating with suppliers, and coordinating operational processes.
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships, deeply understanding business objectives and providing strategic consultancy.
- Develop detailed OOH campaign budgets, meticulously calculating all cost items, performing budget tracking, and optimizing costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar Manager or Senior Specialist role within a media agency or the OOH media sector.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in OOH market dynamics, media types, legal ownership verification, measurement metrics, and DOOH technologies/trends.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong client focus, relationship management, supplier management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
