What you will do

  • Build and support high-performing, globally distributed teams with a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap for UI Foundations and Workflows.
  • Enable platform adoption across teams through clear interfaces and documentation.
  • Evolve UI Foundations and the orchestration platform to support automation at scale.
  • Strengthen operational practices with healthy on-call/support models.
  • Coach and develop engineers across levels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional development teams.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and change.
  • Experience with platform or foundational teams.
  • Technical breadth across modern web platforms and backend distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with event-driven distributed systems concepts.
  • Strong quality mindset for platforms.
  • Experience supporting accessibility and localization work.
  • Product-minded with strong collaboration skills.
  • People leadership strength.
  • Familiarity with modern AI-enabled product development.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading design system adoption and governance at scale.
  • Experience building workflow/automation platforms with strong operability requirements.
