What you will do
- Provide internal support to the Field Sales team for LifeVest delivery.
- Meet agreed-upon service metrics, including productivity, timelines, and call quality.
- Coordinate patient appointments with PSR contractors, ensuring timely fittings and follow-up visits.
- Manage the selection of PSR contractors based on availability and activity levels.
- Manage field inventory levels and disperse equipment as needed.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external customers, providing timely customer support.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
