What you will do

  • Produce financial reports, track project expenses, and manage invoicing for account teams.
  • Establish and maintain project standards, delivery assurance, and RAID management processes.
  • Facilitate key project ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support delivery operations, including team onboarding, rotation planning, and resource scheduling.
  • Monitor progress against plans and report on KPI/SLA adherence to stakeholders up to C-suite level.
  • Contribute to building and implementing improvements for agile delivery management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • SC clearance eligibility: 5 years' continuous UK residency required.
  • Experience in project management, program office delivery, or business change portfolios.
  • Strong background in risk, issue, and budget management within an agile delivery model.
  • Excellent communication skills for partnering with C-suite executives and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence peers and manage project team activities in a matrixed organization.
