What you will do
- Own and evolve the QA strategy and delivery process in a weekly release environment.
- Drive quality gates and risk-based testing for frequent releases and changes.
- Lead and coordinate QA efforts across distributed teams and time zones.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Stakeholders to balance speed, quality, and risk.
- Improve test coverage and automation strategy with business-driven prioritization.
- Coach team leads and engineers in quality ownership and a testing mindset.
Requirements
- 7+ years in QA / Quality Engineering / Delivery roles, including leadership or management experience.
- Strong experience in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environments with frequent releases.
- Proven ability to build or fix QA processes in low-maturity or growing organizations.
- Solid understanding of risk-based testing, release management, and quality metrics.
- Experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones.
- English: B2+ required.
