What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team initiatives for large-scale media solutions.
  • Translate strategy into clear, dependency-aware plans and proactively manage risk across engineering, product, and data.
  • Align diverse stakeholders across consumer surfaces, revenue teams, and external partners.
  • Navigate competing priorities and influence without authority to achieve strategic revenue goals.
  • Ensure program collaboration is reliable, measurable, and continuously improving.
  • Drive rigor in experimentation, performance monitoring, and incident management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years leading large-scale technical programs in agile environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-team initiatives involving backend services, front-end surfaces, and data systems.
  • Strong operational rigor, risk management, release readiness, and dependency tracking.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong systems thinking, able to reason across architecture, dependencies, and business impact.
  • Experience driving experimentation frameworks and data-informed decision-making.
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

  • Engineering background or strong architectural fluency.
  • 3+ years working in advertising or marketplace platforms.
