What you will do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for your payments squad aligned to company goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Ops, Finance, and other product teams.
  • Advocate for a seamless and intuitive payments experience for customers.
  • Manage integrations and external dependencies with PSPs, banks, and providers.
  • Drive improvements in payment success rate, latency, failure handling, and operational load.
  • Scale financial operations by reducing manual work in payments, refunds, and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in tech with 5+ years in Product Management or equivalent scope.
  • Proven payments domain experience in payments processing, orchestration, or subscription management.
  • B2B mindset with ability to solve complex finance stakeholder problems.
  • Strong execution, systems thinking, and technical fluency to partner with engineers on APIs and reliability.
  • High customer empathy and metrics-driven approach to define success.
  • Cross-functional leadership to align teams and make tradeoffs under pressure.
