What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team, ensuring achievement of KPIs such as net revenue, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
  • Organize regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance debriefs to identify improvement areas.
  • Track performance metrics via CRM and internal tools, ensuring proper use of sales tools and adherence to sales processes.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Prospect and close new clients, participating in commercial strategy and the identification of key segments.
  • Foster strong collaboration with other departments, including Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related fields.
  • 8+ years in mid-Market sales, focusing on SaaS solutions in digital trust, and experience as a team lead.
  • Expertise in the MEDDICC sales methodology.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, email sequences, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with a value-based consultative approach.
  • Proficient level of English, Fluent in French.
